This page explains data handling by the public tools and contact form, operational sessions, and services that may be added to the website. You do not need a public user account to calculate a result, but using the site still involves processing some technical information.
Calculation inputs and usage records
When you submit a calculation, your inputs are sent to the server, checked, and processed to produce the result. The inputs are not stored in the tool usage row.
When database storage is available, a successful calculation records the tool identifier (its slug), the time of use, and a daily hash made from the request IP address and the date. This supports tool usage reporting.
The hash uses SHA-256 without a secret salt. It is a pseudonymous identifier, not anonymous data: it can link uses from the same IP address on a given day, and someone with a candidate IP address and date could reproduce it. A different daily hash does not mean that earlier records have been deleted.
Contact messages
A successful contact submission stores your name, email address, subject, message, a handling status, and the submission time in the site database. Administrators can review these records to handle questions, problems, and suggestions.
Submitting the form does not automatically send an email. The confirmation means the message was stored, not that it has been read or answered. Do not include passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
Operational session cookies
The website starts an operational session and uses a session cookie to associate your browser with it. Sessions support form security checks and administrator sign-in. The session cookie is configured without a persistent expiry, although browser session-restoration settings can affect how long it remains available.
You can manage or remove cookies through your browser. Blocking the session cookie may prevent forms or administrator sign-in from working correctly.
Hosting and security logs
The hosting environment may record IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser information, errors, and other technical details in access or diagnostic logs. These logs are separate from the tool usage records described above.
Administrator activity records can include IP addresses, actions, and times. Sign-in protection also records hashed login identifiers, attempt times, and whether attempts succeeded. Hosting and other configured service providers may process information as part of operating their services.
Custom third-party services
Reviewed custom code can load third-party services on content pages. Existing active Google advertising snippets are preserved. Legacy Analytics snippets are suppressed. Other enabled services may process technical information under their own policies. Contact the operator for details about any additional integration.
Google advertising, if enabled
If Google advertising is enabled on this website, third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this website or other websites. Google advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve personalized ads based on visits to this site and other sites across the Internet.
If these advertising services are enabled, you can manage or opt out of personalized Google advertising through Google Ads Settings. You can also visit aboutads.info to explore opt-out choices for participating third-party vendors. The advertising-choice links accompany this policy. These choices may not remove all advertising or stop all data collection, and may depend on your browser, device, or account.
Storage and privacy questions
The built-in tool usage and contact storage does not set an automatic deletion period. Actual retention, backups, hosting locations, and any additional services depend on how the site is operated. Ask the site owner for those details rather than assuming records disappear when a session ends or a daily hash changes.
Use the contact page for privacy questions or to request access, correction, or deletion of information you have submitted. Available rights and any limits depend on applicable law and the information involved. Provide enough detail to identify your request, but do not send identity documents or other sensitive material through the general contact form.
Advertising on this site
Google advertising may load through the operator’s active AdSense code or the central advertising setting. Google and its partners may process identifiers, IP addresses and cookies for advertising, subject to applicable consent choices.
Legacy Google Analytics snippets are not loaded by this release.
